LIAISON is a gourmet private dining and supper club business,.

Our mission is to bring joy through food by using fresh, locally sourced produce in each dish we create.
​
You may wonder, where did the name 'LIAISON' come from? Quite simply its meaning was rather fitting for what we do. Supper clubs enable you to meet and talk to new people; hiring a private chef helps you to spend less time cooking and more time with your guests and finally, 'liaison' is a term used for a cooking technique (of which we use many).

Oxford Dictionary Definition:

"Communication or cooperation which facilitates a close working relationship between people or organisations."

A genuine belief of mine is that the only thing better than eating good food is inviting people to enjoy it with you.

Having started cooking at the age of 7, I've come to realise that it is an ever-changing art.​ It's become my passion to research new techniques and identify how to bring out the best flavours in each ingredient. More recently my hobby has been experimenting with the influence molecular gastronomy now has in the kitchen.

I've woken up this morning recounting and remembering all the wonderful dishes you had put in front of us. The quality and presentation were reminiscent of meals we have enjoyed in michelin star restaurants. It was a very special day...we were in awe of our experience.
