The Founder and Chef Patron of LIAISON (a London based Private Chef & Supper Club business) will be showing you how to tackle the most delicious plates of food in simple, manageable steps, enabling the most novice cook to impress their friends or family with fine dining meals.

Alongside this, you will have the opportunity to read open and honest reviews of Michelin recommended restaurants, whether they have a bib gourmand or hold 3 Michelin stars. We may even throw in reviews of hidden gems across the UK too!

We will be posting bi-monthly, so we'd would love to know if there are any restaurants you're genuinely interested in reading about.
